Returns & Exchanges
We only accept returns or exchanges if the item you purchased is defective or damaged during shipment. Custom-made products, lifting products, and rigging products are non-returnable.
Buyers are responsible for inspecting all products upon receipt of the order. If you receive a damaged or defective item, you must contact our Customer Service at (800) 535-0765 within 3 days of delivery. Unfortunately, if more than 3 days have passed, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned due to safety and customization factors:
- Chain assemblies and custom-length cable, wire rope, and chain
- Round slings, nylon slings, and chain slings
Additionally, all returned products must be in new, unused, and resalable condition—no exceptions.
Customer Error & Restocking Fees
If a return is due to customer error (e.g., ordering the wrong item), a restocking fee of 20% may apply, as determined by the manufacturer or supplier. The customer is also responsible for all return shipping costs.
Some products may not be eligible for return at all due to safety regulations.
Important: Do not send any items back without prior approval from our Customer Service team.

Cancellation Policy
To cancel an order, please contact us immediately. If your order has not shipped or entered fabrication, we may be able to cancel it. However, if fabrication has begun or the item has already shipped, the order cannot be canceled.
Fraud Prevention Policy
To protect against fraudulent transactions, orders flagged by our web security system will be automatically canceled and refunded—no exceptions.
Limitation of Liability & Safety Disclaimer
TowingSupplies.com assumes no responsibility for the misuse or improper application of any product we sell. Lifting and rigging products are intended for use by trained professionals only.
By purchasing from us, the buyer agrees:
- They are knowledgeable about the safe use and application of the products.
- Responsibility for product selection, application, and use rests solely with the purchaser.
- Products must be used in strict accordance with all industry and OSHA standards.
- At no time should any rigging or safety gear exceed its Working Load Limit (WLL).
- All equipment should be inspected before each use, and any worn or damaged gear must not be used.
TowingSupplies.com shall not be liable for any incidental, indirect, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products.
