How to Delete Your Account
Open the TowingSupplies.com App
Launch the TowingSupplies.com mobile application on your device.
Navigate to Profile
Tap the “Profile” option from the bottom navigation menu. You’ll see it highlighted in red in the screenshot above.
Select Delete Account
Scroll down to the “Account Settings” section and tap on “Delete Account”. This option is shown with a trash icon and red text.
Confirm Deletion
A confirmation dialog will appear. Review the information and confirm your decision to permanently delete your account.
Account Deleted
Your account and all associated data will be permanently removed from TowingSupplies.com servers.
Important: This Action is Permanent
Once you delete your account, all your personal information, addresses, order history, and preferences will be permanently removed. This action cannot be undone. Please make sure you have downloaded or saved any important information before proceeding.

What happens to my orders after I delete my account?
Your order history will be deleted from your account. However, if you need records for warranty or return purposes, please contact our support team before deleting your account.
Can I recover my account after deletion?
No, account deletion is permanent. Once deleted, your account cannot be recovered. You would need to create a new account if you wish to use TowingSupplies.com again.
